The Youth Impact Vision is a youth development and empowerment programme of the LEAP Christian Academy.
All the programmes and activities are carried out within established local Church structures, to avoid duplications and conflict of interests.
Based on the prophetic declarations of Joel 2: 28, the programme encourages higher level aspirations, renewed thinking and positive attitudinal change, as the way to guarantee a better future for the younger generation.
The Youth Impact Vision empowerment programmes focus on educating the youths in the Church about the value of self-awareness, self-appreciation, and self-motivation.
The programmes largely relate to how the youths see themselves as change agents, and embrace the superior beliefs that they are the purveyors of new generation of great leaders.

• Career coaching & mentoring
• People networking
• Life orientation counselling
• Godly partnerships and relationship building
• Youth mobilisation strategies
• Parental and leadership appreciation
• Leadership mentoring and modelling
