The LEAP Training & Coaching School is an initiative of the LEAP Christian Academy that unlocks the potentials of Christians through practical coaching engagements. The major focus of the coaching programme is on leadership, entrepreneurship and personal development.
The programme introduces the transformational power of coaching into the Body of Christ, thereby providing additional tools in the Church for outreach and ministry impact. The programme is specially designed for Christians that recognise the importance of investing in personal development for sustainable marketplace impact. It is therefore flexible and practical enough to enrich the life of participants without much fuss or stress.
The life changing short coaching courses offered in this programme are backed by spiritual insights, which offer practical, simple and easily adaptable solutions to participants. The trainers are carefully selected Christian leaders with specialised skills and experience as facilitators, teachers, coaches or managers.
These facilitators are further trained in the finer aspects of assisting Christians to unlock their potentials for marketplace impact and influence through practical and transformational coaching engagements, which not only impart knowledge, but also elevate the energy and awareness of trainees.
