LEAP PHILOSOPHY

The LEAP Philosophy and belief is that every child of God is a treasure store of potentials, with a mandate from God to transform his or her given Talents to Treasures that would impact the world .

The major challenge for each believer is therefore to know how to access and utilise the power of transformation to overcome his or her limitation, and impact the lives of others.

The greatest hindrances to the unlocking and unleashing of the Christian's potentials are generally linked to lack of knowledge and the presence of poor belief systems.

However, when perception, beliefs and actions are positively altered by inspired mind reframing through coaching in particular, the Christian becomes unstoppable. That is the purpose of LEAP.

Most people have within them the potentials to excel. Coaching inspires the power to access needed resources, and unlock the dormant potentials.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The establishment of the LEAP Christian Academy results from a genuine desire to contribute to the insights that the LORD continues to give to His Church.

As Christians, we must be primarily concerned about changing our “world” more by our positive attitudes and lifestyles. We must therefore continue to develop ourselves, empower others and build capacity for resource management.

In this regard, the LEAP Christian Academy remains resolute in the fight against ignorance, poverty, mediocrity and exploitation in the Body of Christ.

What the LEAP Christian Academy is doing is merely reinforcing existing knowledge, through the deliberate introduction of transformational training, coaching and mentoring engagements.

These essential processes and systems are particularly useful in supporting what we continue to receive directly from the Holy Spirit in our quiet time, during worship with other believers, and in our marketplace encounters.

T he LEAP Christian Academy therefore continues to work with other believers, especially inspirational leaders and entrepreneurs that share our commitment to empower Christians, in order to make sustainable impact in the marketplace.

A person that knows something and does not use that knowledge correctly is worse off not knowing it at all.
