• Introduction to the practice of Coach-Leadership, and its application as the most powerful strategy for empowering and motivating people.
• Techniques for developing, nurturing and amplifying the potentials of the Christian leader, in relation to God's perfect model of leadership.
• Strategic team building and organisational performance enhancement programmes.
• Building the capacity of pastors, essentially to operate as wealth coaches and mentors, in order to make sustainable impact in the marketplace.
Major outcomes of the leadership workshops:
• The leaders have greater insight regarding the utilisation and amplification of their gifts, enhancement of their calling and impact of their ministry.
• Participants are exposed to realistic and sustainable development steps to personal life impact, as well as ministry differentiation and distinction.
